LAST WEEKS CALHOUN CIRCUIT COURT DISPOSITIONS

Nigel E. Jeffries, Calhoun County, Prosecuting Attorney, submitted the following dispositions of cases. June 8, 2021 Amanda Conley pleaded guilty to Grand Larceny, a felony. Sentencing set for a later date. June 10, 2021 Bryant Hall was sentenced to two (2) years of supervised probation with the special condition that he serve ninety (90) days of incarceration following his conviction for one (1) count Domestic Battery, a misdemeanor, and one (1) count Unlawful Restraint, a misdemeanor. Delbert Ray Tolliver pleaded guilty to one (1) count Domestic Battery Third Offense, a felony. Sentencing set for a later date. Zachary Bell was committed to the regional jail for ninety (90) days following a probation violation. Brand Jo Carpenter was committed to the regional jail for ninety (90) days following a probation violation. Said sentence is to be served on the weekends. Danny Edward Lane, Jr. was sentenced to time-served for one (1) count of Battery. Jarred Lee Nicholas was sentenced to three (3) years of supervised probation following his conviction for Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance.
