Anna Lucille Mulqueen, 63, of Chloe WV, died Friday, June 4, 2021, at Roane General Hospital, Spencer. She was born January 26, 1958 in Poughkeepsie NY, the daughter of the late Albert James and Carol May Shulman Cook, Jr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Elias Sorokin; and brother, Paul Francis Cook. Anna was a Registered Nurse, who had worked at Roane General Hospital in Spencer. Survivors include her husband, Alex Vereshchak of Chloe; daughters, Marie Davies of Sweden and Nina Jaworski of Bethlehem PA; grandsons, Simon and Oliver Jaworski; granddaughter, Anneliese Davies; sisters, Esther Marie Cook of Clay County, Mary Wildfire of Spencer; Louis Vincent Cook of Chloe. A graveside service and burial will be Sunday, June 6 at noon at Bag End Farm, Chloe. John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, is assisting the family with arrangements.
