| Clay County authorities arrested James Russell Loar Jr., 39, charging him with displaying obscene material to a minor, use of obscene material to seduce minor and attempt to commit a felony. Braxton authorities arrested Amanda Dawn Brown, 33, charging her with possession of a controlled substance and Russell Wayne White, 43, driving suspended-3rd. Gilmer authorities arrested Debra Ann Burnside, 42, charging her will possession of controlled substance. They are in Central Regional Jail. |
