| Gilmer authorties arrested Theresa Marie Hale, Tuesday, charging her with possession of a controlled substance, left of center, no insurance, improper registration and no MVI.
Braxton authorities arrested David Allen Carper, 31, charging him with obstructing and domestic assault.
They are in Central Regional Jail. |
