Verlin "Dale" Midkiff, 68, of Elizabeth, formerly of Huntington passed away May 15, 2021. He was born in Huntington WV the son of the late Verlin and Francis (Whetherholt) Midkiff. Dale retired from the United States Air Force, and was a member of the American Legion of Huntington. He is survived by his children, Christina (Donald) Blume and Donetta Midkiff (Jerry Stender);grandchildren, Joshua Patterson, Michael Blume, Megan Patterson, Shea Stender, Max Stender and Peyton Stender; great grandchildren, Joslyn Patterson and Kendall Patterson. In accordance with his wishes there will be no services. Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth, was honored to serve his family.
