CHARGED IN BECKLEY MURDER - Two additional suspects have been named in connection with the shooting death of a Beckley area high school student. Michael Webb and Rashad Brown have been charged with being accessories after the fact to voluntary manslaughter in the shooting death of Dwayne Marquette Richardson Jr.. Police accuse the two men of attempting to mislead investigators and help Jeriamyah Fortner, who is charged with voluntary manslaughter and four counts of wanton endangerment in the case. Fortner is accused of recklessly handling an AR-15 rifle when he inadvertently shot Richardson in the chest on May 2. Richardson was taken to a local hospital and then flown to a Charleston hospital where he was pronounced dead. Webb was taken into custody in North Carolina on May 11 and will be extradited back to West Virginia. Rashad Brown is currently being sought locally by officers.
