CALHOUN GRAND JURY INDICTS SEVEN

A Calhoun grand jury met this week returning multiple indictments. According to the office of Calhoun County Prosecuting Attorney Nigel E. Jeffries, the following persons indicted by the May term of the grand jury are to appear in the Circuit Court on Thursday. The indictment list released by the prosecutor's office: Nicholas Shane Cummings, 30, Arnoldsburg, Fleeing with Reckless Indifference, Possession of a Controlled Substance (two counts). George Nicholas Parsons, 47, Parkersburg, Fleeing while DUI, Fleeing with Reckless Indifference, Driving on a Revoked License for DUI (two counts). Steven Ray Bell, 36, Spencer, Driving on a Revoked License for DUI. Chadwick Hayden Hughes, 30, Millstone, Domestic Battery 3rd Offense. Delbert Ray Tolliver, 63, Chloe, Domestic Battery 3rd Offense. Mark Bryan Hall, 35, Chloe, Gross Child Neglect Creating Risk of Death or Serious Bodily Injury, Possession with the Intent to Distribute, Conspiracy. Whitney Lynn Sampson, 32, Chloe, Gross Child Neglect Creating Risk of Death or Serious Bodily Injury, Possession with the Intent to Distribute, Conspiracy, Possession of a Controlled Substance.
