| The state Department of Health and Human Resources reports 34.7% of all West Virginia residents have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
New numbers released by the agency Friday also show 43% of residents have received at least one shot.
There has to be 70%-80% receive the vaccine to obtain herd immunity.
