Justin Christopher Lamar, 19, has been arrested in connection to the shooting incident that took place on April 8th in the Domino’s parking lot at 300 Pleasant Street, Morgantown. According to the criminal complaint, several witnesses to the shooting identified Lamar as the shooter. Lamar fled the scene before police arrived. Detectives located video from several sources that showed the victim walk over to Lamar and then Lamar, “pulled a pistol from his waist area.” The criminal complaint says the victim pulled a baton from his pants, attempted to deploy it and advanced towards Lamar. Police say Lamar then fired his gun four times, hitting the victim once.
