REGIONAL ARRESTS

Roane County authorities made three arrests Thursday. Jason Robert Henthorne, 46, charged with possession with intent to deliver meth and person prohibited with a firearm. Jessie Todd Conley, 43, conspiracy and shoplifting. Kerrie Ann Smith, 42, conspiracy and shoplifting 3rd offense. Gilmer authorities arrested Andrew Timothy Taylor, 39, with a court order.
