WEDNESDAY COVID-19 REPORT - 364 NEW CASES

The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources confirmed 364 new COVID-19 cases and 15 additional deaths in its report on Wednesday.

The DHHR confirmed 277 new COVID-19 cases and 11 additional deaths in its report on Tuesday.

The report from the DHHR stated that as of 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 7, there have been a total of 2,508,198 (+8,391) laboratory results received for COVID-19, with 144,374 (+364) total cases and 2,722 (+15) of those cases resulting in deaths.

According to the DHHR’s COVID-19 dashboard, there are currently 6,897 (+43) active cases and 134,755 (+306) recovered cases in the state.
