CALHOUN AND REGIONAL ARRESTS

Calhoun authorities arrested Whitney Jean Sampson, 32, charging her with child neglect with risk of injury and possession with intent to deliver marijuana. Calhoun authorities also arrested Donna Jean Logan, 63, charging her with possession of a controlled substance. They are in Central Regional Jail. Braxton authorities arrested Andrew Thomas Owens, 25, charging him with DUI with injuries, leaving the scene of an accident, possession of a controlled substance, no insurance and no operators. Clay County authorities arrested Kimberly Melrath, 38, charging her with possession of meth and Steven Chauncey Koch, 36, charging him with possession of controlled substance. Roane authorities arrested Richard Clair Moore, II, 44, was charged with public intoxication and obstructing. They also arrested Mark Bryan Hall, 35, conspiracy to commit a felony, child neglect with risk of injury and possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
