A Gala crowd for a special anniversary

It was a day for celebration yesterday at the Grantsville Senior Center. Seniors,
officials and citizens turned out for the entertainment, the program and the dinner.
The Center's director Mike Ritchie and his assistant Brenda McBride welcomed
guests from around the state and local folks who came to enjoy the event.
Board members participated in "tearing up" a note, paying off
$50,000 to the
county for a remaining portion of the center's real estate
