A Gala crowd for a special anniversary Mike Ritchie and Brenda McBride cut the huge cakes It was a day for celebration yesterday at the Grantsville Senior Center. Seniors, officials and citizens turned out for the entertainment, the program and the dinner. The Center's director Mike Ritchie and his assistant Brenda McBride welcomed guests from around the state and local folks who came to enjoy the event. Board members participated in "tearing up" a note, paying off $50,000 to the county for a remaining portion of the center's real estate A truly horseless carriage ride (the horse was taking a break) Bill Lytton, Deputy Commissioner of the WV Bureau of Senior Services in Charleston, gives praise to services offered by the local center Bill Wilson helps with dozens of buggy rides around the town
