REGIONAL ARRESTS

Braxton authorities arrested Joseph Lee Moore, 40, charging him with DUI-2nd, expired MVI, expired registration, failure to produce operators, no insurance and defective equipment. They also arrested Elizabeth Ann Moore, 46, charging her with uttering and forgery. They are in Central Regional Jail. Roane County authorities arrested Franklin Darrel Ferrell, 39, charging him with assault and battery. Braxton authorities arrested Jeremiah David Mace, 23, charging him with DUI-3rd, fleeing in vehicle, fleeing on foot and defective equipment. They are in Central Regional Jail.
