Calhoun prosecutor Nigel Jefferies released Circuit Court action. Feb. 2. 2021 Amanda Conely - Trial continued. Jeffrey Mollohan - Trial continued. Phillip Keener - Evidentiary hearing set for February 3, 2021. Feb. 4. 2021 Burt Copen - Sentenced to a term of incarceration for a period of not less than 1 not more than 5 years upon his conviction for Possession with the Intent to Deliver. One year in the regional jail upon his conviction for No Insurance and 6 months in the regional jail for Driving on a Suspended License. Brandi Jo Carpenter - 30 days of Home Confinement imposed for a 1st Technical Violation of Probation. Victor Carpenter - Guilty plea to Malicious Assault, Unlawful Assault, and Conspiracy to Operate a Clandestine Drug Laboratory. Michael Keeny - Guilty plea to DUI 3rd. Larry Joseph - Sentenced to 7 years of probation. Maryellen Gibson - High/Low plea accepted, 1 year probationary period imposed. Feb. 9. 2021 Billy Ray Hardway - Guilty plea to 1 count Delivery of a Controlled Substance and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance. Phillip Keener - Guilty plea to Attempt to Commit Second Degree Murder and Wanton Endangerment Involving a Firearm. Joseph Southers and Chasity Bell - Trial continued. Tiffany Davis and Ryan Williams - Trial Continued. Laszlo Nemeth - Guilty plea to Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person.
