REGIONAL ARRESTS

Joseph Bradley Thayer, 37, was arrested by Clay Authorities Wednesday. He was charged with driving suspended, fleeing in a vehicle, no registration, no MVI, no insurance and prohibited person with a firearm. He is in Central Regional Jail. Roane authorities arrested Rebecca Ann Burns, 38, charging her driver suspended, possession of a controlled substance, and a warrant. She is in Central Regional Jail.
