EXPLODING VEHICLE FIRE AT HUR - Responders Dispatched To Scene

1-14-2021 - Residents of the Village of Hur heard some explosions about 10 p.m. Wednesday, after investigating, discovered a vehicle fully engulfed in fire. The vehicle was parked beside the roadway at the juncture of Husk Ridge Road and Buckhorn (Left Fork of Barnes Run). The Grantsville VFD, Calhoun EMS and the Calhoun Sheriff's Department responded. The vehicle was a total loss. Residents said another vehicle sped from the area just before the fire.
