| Violet Gay Belt Park of Burning Springs WV, passed away January 7, 2021 at Eagle Pointe Nursing Home.
She was born March 21, 1931, in Wirt County, a daughter of the late Oren and Rosa McFee.
She attended Burning Springs United Methodist Church. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading and watching Jeopardy. She loved spending time with her family and her dog "Baby Girl" Goldie.
She is survived by five sons, Neal (Sheryl) Belt of Burning Springs, Ronald Belt of Vienna, Phillip Belt of Burning Springs, Joseph (Sandy) Belt of Shawsville VA and Jerry Belt of Newark; 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 3 step-great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Harry Belt Sr (1990), husband Homer Mug Park (2004), sister Wanda Marchuk, brothers Robert and Pete McFee and two daughters-in-law Annie Belt and Becky Belt.
Visitation will be Sunday Jan. 10, from 2-4 p.m. at Matheny Whited Funeral Home in Elizabeth with funeral services Monday, Jan. 11 at 1 p.m. |
