REGIONAL ARRESTS

Braxton authorities arrested Jesse David Moats, 30, charging him with strangulation, fleeing with reckless indifference and probation violation. Gilmer authorities arrested Michael Quentin Florence, 50, charging him with grand larceny and escape. Roane authorities arrested Jesse Morgan Starcher, II, charging him with home confinement violation. Bond was set at $10,000 cash. They are in Central Regional Jail.
