HUNTINGTON STAND-OFF - A man was arrested and charged with wanton endangerment Monday morning after police say he fired shots into a neighbor’s home. According to Huntington Police, the incident happened in the 2900 block of Sheppard Drive at 9:46 a.m. When officers arrived on scene, they say Patrick Culver Elliot, 65, of Huntington fired three rounds into a nearby home. No one was injured. Officers say they convinced Elliot to drop his firearm after several minutes of negotiation.
