FOUR MURDERED – According to deputies, a juvenile has been charged in the deaths of four people found dead in a home in Elkview.

Few detail are available Sunday night.

Officials say two young boys were found among the four found dead in a home.

Kanawha County Sheriff Mike Rutherford says two adults and two boys around the ages of 12 and 3 were found dead.

Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office deputies are on the scene of multiple murders on the 1300 block of Cemetery Hill Drive in Elkview.

KCSO spokesperson Brian Humphreys provided few details other than the incident that happened near the old Myers Funeral Home.

DRIVE BY SHOOTING - An investigation is underway after a shooting took place Saturday evening in the Oak Hill area of Fayette County.

According to Fayette County Sheriff Mike Fridley, sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a residence on Pea Ridge Road in Oak Hill regarding a drive-by shooting incident.

Deputies say several shots were fired at the residence from a vehicle.

Several rounds struck the home, the sheriff’s office says. No one inside the home was injured.

Investigators are currently processing evidence and information from the scene.

This incident remains under investigation by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department.

PARKERSBURG SHOOTING - The man shot during an incident in the 1500 block of Dupont Road Saturday night has been pronounced dead, according to Sheriff Stephens.

A suspect has been identified but charges are yet to be filed as the investigation continues.

Dispatchers at the Wood County 911 Center say the shooting was called in around 10:20 p.m. Saturday.

Officials said EMS workers were treating the gunshot wound on scene, but later took the man to WVU Medicine Camden Clark. That’s where Stephens says the man was pronounced dead.
