MOVHD COVID-19 REPORT DEC. 10

Parkersburg, WV, December 10, 2020 – The Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department regrets to announce another Wood County resident has passed due to complications of COVID-19. Wood County has lost 27 citizens from COVID. Ritchie County has five deaths and Pleasants has four deaths. Three Roane County residents have died and one in Wirt County since COVID hit the Mid-Ohio Valley area. Calhoun has seen no deaths. See today's Dec. 10, 2020 numbers: We all need to do our part to reduce the number of positives – stay home if not feeling well, wear a mask in public, remain six feet or more away from the person in front of you, and wash your hands often.
