CLAY AUTHORITIES ARRESTS MAN FOLLOWING TRAFFIC STOP

Clay County authorities arrested a man Saturday, issuing several charges. Jeffery Carl Hotchkiss, 39, was charged with driving suspended, fleeing on foot, fleeing in a vehicle, obstructing, no registration, no insurance, defective equipment and no MVI. He is in Central Regional Jail. Roane authorities arrested David Kent Vineyard, II, 68, charging him with domestic battery. He is in Central Regional Jail.
