CLAY RESIDENTS CHARGED WITH CONSPIRACY

Two Clay people were arrested Tuesday. Cody Wayne Bird, 28, was charged with conspiracy, bond at $10,000 cash. Christina Leane Koch, 30, was charged with conspiracy, bond at $10,000. They are in Central Regional Jail.
