Anna Marie (Kinder) Hall, 57

(11/28/2020)
Anna Marie (Kinder) Hall, 57, started her journey to be with the Lord on Monday, November 23, 2020, after a battle with an extended illness.

She was born Thursday, August 29, 1963 at Charleston, the daughter of the late Ernest and Alice White Kinder.

Anna grew up at Walton and attended Spencer High School.

On Sunday, May 14, 1989, she married the love of her life, Edmond E. Hall. Even though their love grew apart, they remained the best of friends.

She retired as a bus driver for Kanawha Regional Transport (KRT) in 1997. During her retirement, she enjoyed being a homemaker and grandmother. Anna was a member of the Sunny Hill Baptist Church, Pigeon.

Survivors include her daughter, Brandi N. Hall of Franklin, Va.; stepdaughter, Aubrea (Kirk) Fair of Canonsburg, Penn.; stepson, Juston (Tara) Hall of Newton W.Va.; grandchildren, Samara Hall, Xavier Wood, Gabriel Wood, Olivia Wood and Carmelita Detweiler; step grandchildren, Emma and Dalton Hall; many nieces and nephews, whom she loved and looked at as her own children.

Anna had the biggest heart and never met a stranger. Her smile was radiant and her laughter contagious. She was truly a bright light in a dim world and was loved by all who surrounded her.

A service to remember and celebrate her life will be held at noon Sunday, November 29 at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. James Cline officiating. Burial will be in the Hall Cemetery, Big Pigeon.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
