| A Calhoun man was arrested by authorities Thanksgiving Day and incarcerated in Central Regional Jail.
Clyde Leroy Capps, II, 35, was charged with assault, battery on officer and obstructing.
Robert Wayne Browing, 21, was arrested by Roane authorities and charged with petit larceny and conspiracy. He is in Central Regional Jail.
