| Jesse Morgan "Moe" Starcher, 57, of Spencer, West Virginia passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Eldercare of Ripley.
He was born May 2, 1963 in Spencer, a son of Jesse Bill Starcher of Spencer and the late Ocie Caldwell Starcher Hunt. He was a carpenter and contractor.
Moe is survived by his wife, Tina Cottrell Starcher; his children, Jesse, Jessica, Kayla, Amber, and Marissa; his siblings, Debbie, Alan, and Kevin; and eleven grandchildren.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Christian Starcher; a son, Tyler Starcher; and his brothers, John Caldwell and Michael Starcher.
There will be no services. He will be cremated. |
