| Braxton County authorities arrested Kevin Wayne Williams, 43, charging him Thursday with sexual misconduct.
He was charged with filming sexually explicit misconduct of a minor and possessing material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit misconduct.
Bond was set at $25,000 cash.
Clay authorities arrested Jonathan Fitzgerald Stutler, 36, charged driving suspended, fraudulent vehicle inspection, no registration, no insurance, no MVI.
They are in Central Regional Jail.
