REGIONAL ARRESTS

Gilmer authorities arrested Heather Ann Black, 39, and charged her with receiving/transferring a stolen vehicle. Bond set at $20,000. Braxton arrests: William Lanham, 40, was charged with petit larceny, obstructing, destruction of property, trespassing, and was arrested on a capias order. Kansas Enberg McMillion, 43, was charged with home confinement violation. Loren Matthew Wimer, 56, was convicted for probation violation. All are in Central Regional Jail.
