| Roane County authorities arrested Rodney Eugene Hicks, 40, Friday, charging him with child abuse creating risk of injury, domestic battery and obstructing.
They also arrested Elbert Virgil Beckett, Jr., 46, incarcerating him in Central Regional Jail, convicted of probation violation. |
