Items to bring to your interview * Only one adult per family is allowed to come to appointment * Mask is required to enter building * State Issued Photo ID for ALL Adults in household *Rental Agreement/Rent Receipt with Address or proof of mortgage *Utility Bill — Current Month *Official Proof of All Income (current month pay check, Food Stamp/SNAP Benefit letter, award letter for SSI, Government Assistance, child support) *Official Birth Certificates for all Children *Guardianship/Custody Papers if you are not listed on Birth Certificate *Clothing sizes and hobbies for children 12 and under. We must have the above items in order to begin your application. You may only sign up with one agency for Christmas Assistance.
