Roane County authorities made multiple arrests Wednesday. Roger Lee Atkinson II, 45, delivery of a controlled substance. Bond $25,000. Della Rosemary Bailey, 42, person prohibited with firearm. Bond $20,000. Robert Steven Butler, 50, indictment. William Travis Hayes, 43, felony indictment. Jamie Carson Hicks, 46, court order. David Joe Hunter, 31, brandishing, wanton endangerment, child neglect with risk of injury. Jesse James Nicholas, 35, petit larceny, driving suspend 2nd, conspiracy to commit petit larceny, and a capias warrant. Bond $15,000. Frederick Dolan Whiting, Jr., 60, felony indictment. Robert Paul Smith, 65, felony indictment. Bond $25,000.
