CALHOUN WOMAN ARRESTED HARASSMENT - Regional Arrests Strangulation

Calhoun authorities arrested Roberta Kay Lamp, 50, and charged her with harassment. She us in Central Regional Jail. A Clay County man, Jonathan James Cartwight, 24, was arrested for strangulation, malicious assault, sexual assault 1st degree and kidnap/enticing. Roane authorities arrested Aaron Jimmie Urban, 36, charging him with a person prohibited with a firearm.
