REGIONAL ARRESTS

Roane County authorities arrested Tony Bradford Riley, 51, charging him with driving revoked DUI and no insurance. Roy Arnett Wood, 42, was charged in Clay with home confinement violation. Braxton authorities arrested William Dale Freeman, 38, on a capias warrant. They are in Central Regional Jail.
