CLAY MAN ARRESTED MALICIOUS ASSAULT-STRANGULATION

Clay County authorities arrested Ernest Eugene Boggs, 62, early Sunday. He was charged with malicious assault, strangulation and a person prohibited with a firearm. He is in Central Regional Jail. Jerry Randall Pettry, 42, was arrested in Braxton County and charged with breaking and entering. Roger Dale Allen, 51, was arrested on a capias warrant in Braxton. They are in Central Regional Jail.
