Arnoldsburg School volunteers logged in over 2753 hours of service to students during the first semester of this school year. The school honored their many volunteers with special certificates denoting many hours of service during the semester awards assembly held on February 15.

Adults receiving awards (and hours donated) were: Lesa Carpenter - 4 hours, Rose Settle - 901 hours, Judy Stanford - 148 hours, Mary Grogg - 100.5 hours, Rhonda McCoy - 88 hours, Brenda Holcomb - 90 hours, Crystal Dye - 129 hours, Betty Ellison - 133 hours, Margaret Metz - 4 hours, Nancy Allen - 21.4 hours, Jenna Jett - 36 hours, Janet Summers - 140 hours, Rev. Peggy Schmitz - 3.5 hours, Pat Pittman - 325 hours and Linda Jarvis- 577 hours.

Several high school students volunteer tutoring hours to students during the after-school program. Ryan Bremar - 23.5 hours, Gina Davisson - 12 hours, and Monica Offutt - 18 hours, were also honored.
