REGIONAL ARRESTS

Roane authorities arrested Carlton Edward Tawney, charging him with domestic assault, destruction of property and simple possession. They also arrested Derek Allen Fields, 39, charging him with petit larceny and breaking and entering and Morgan Danielle Cottrell, 31, for 1st degree arson. Braxton officials arrested Ralph Jennings McCourt, Jr., 40, arresting him on a capias warrant and charging him with fleeing, DUI, conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver meth. They also charged Kansas McMillion, 42, conspiracy to commit a felony and possession of a controlled substance. Theon Shelby Davis, 29, was arrested on a capias warrant. Gilmer authorities arrested Jaime Suzanne McCumbers, 40, for a probation violation.
