STINSON ROAD MAN CHARGED WITH DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Calhoun authorities arrested Larry Dana Harold, 51, Stinson Road, Chloe, late Tuesday night, charging him domestic battery on a female. Harold is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $4000 cash. Cpl. J. B. Hunt responded to the incident. Police were told that Harold was at a residence, refusing to leave and "high on dope," according to a criminal complaint. Harold, according to the complaint, was accused of "pushing the victim...injuring her right arm causing injury...attempting to choke her." The victim, while traveling to Flatwoods, was sent text messages from Harold stating "He would be waiting for them, posting a photo of his bloody fist, according to the complaint. The victim retreated to a residence, Harold "Threatening to break the door down...to whip the police's ass if they were called."
