CALHOUN COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT REPORT - August 26-27

Judge Anita Harold Ashley held Circuit Court in Grantsville, WV on August 26, 2020.

Dennis Keener appeared and was sentenced to two (2) to five (5) years in the state penitentiary and fined three thousand dollars ($3000.00) on his conviction of "Driving Under the Influence, third or subsequent offense," a Felony. He was also sentenced to one (1) to three (3) years in the state penitentiary on his conviction of "Driving revoked for DUI, Third Offense," a Felony. This Court ordered that the sentences run concurrently. The Defendant was given credit for one hundred twenty four (124) days that he has served incarcerated on the charges.

Kimberly Duskey appeared and was sentenced to one (1) year supervised probation on her convictions of Possession with Intent to Deliver and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a Felony, and Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Misdemeanor. If the Defendant successfully completes probation, the Felony will be dismissed and she will stand convicted of the Misdemeanor charge. If she does not complete probation, she will stand convicted of the Felony.

Ryan Ashley Williams and Tiffany Renay Davis were set to appear for a Pre-Trial Hearing, but those cases were continued.

The Court also heard six juvenile hearings.

Judge Ashley returned to Court on August 27, 2020, for two Juvenile cases.
