ROANE COUNTY AUTHORITIES ARREST THREE

Roane County authorities arrested three and incarcerated them in Central Regional Jail. Brandon Dyer Frame, 35, was charged with possession with intent to deliver, delivery of meth and conspiracy. Romie Lee McGlothin, II, was charged with delivery of meth and conspiracy. Melissa Dawn Nichols, 33, was charged with conspiracy.
