TWO CRIMINAL CASES BEFORE CALHOUN COURT TUESDAY

Calhoun County Court held a brief session Tuesday, with Judge Anita Harold Ashley presiding. Before the court was a status hearing for Robert Scott Beckett, who had been charged with burglary and petit larceny. Also Chanelle Shardee Cottrell was before the court with a motion to revoke home confinement. Cottrell had been charged with her boyfriend Jason Gene McVey related to the attempted murder of Joshua Hardman in Calhoun, 2018. Before the court some juvenile cases.
