PLEASANTS CO. HAS SECOND COVID-19 DEATH - MOVHD PRESS RELEASE | | (08/17/2020) | | Parkersburg, WV August 17, 2020 â Pleasants County lost a second resident to COVID-19 on Friday. Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department offers our heartfelt sympathy to the family in this time of loss. This brings the total deaths in the MOVHD region to eight.
