Parkersburg, WV August 17, 2020 – Pleasants County lost a second resident to COVID-19 on Friday. Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department offers our heartfelt sympathy to the family in this time of loss. This brings the total deaths in the MOVHD region to eight. See   Press Release
