REGIONAL ARRESTS

Clay County authorities arrested a man on multiple charges, incarcerating him in Central Regional Jail. Justin Glen Moore, 36, was charged with fleeing with reckless indifference, fleeing on foot, driving suspended, destruction of property, no insurance and no registration. Jeremy David Parker, 41, was arrested by Roane authorities Sunday and charged with violation of a domestic violence petition. He is in Central Regional Jail.
