WV-DHHR SAYS CALHOUN HAS NEW CASE COVID-19 - Deadliest WV Week With 21 Deaths, New Cases Sunday 107

According to WV-DHHR web site, Calhoun has a 7th case of COVID-19.

Last week WV had the most deaths at 21.

The state added 107 new coronavirus cases Sunday.

The overall positive test rate dropped to 2.41% after the daily positive test rate came in at 2.21%.

There are currently 130 West Virginians hospitalized with the virus, including 52 in intensive care and 20 on ventilators -- all totals which are slightly down from Saturday.

No new virus-related deaths were reported on the day, keeping the state’s death toll at 160.
