CARS COLLIDE AT STINSON - A two-car collision on Route 16 at the Mouth of Stinson was investigated early yesterday morning by Sheriff Allen Parsons.

One vehicle reportedly landed on its side.

No one was injured, but Calhoun EMS and the Upper West Fork VFD responded to the call at 6:45 a.m.

RUSH FAMILY EXTEND THANKS - The Shirley Rush family extends appreciation for contributions made to their family following a fire which destroyed a residence. Mrs. Rush said they were grateful for the generous cash contributions the family received from out of state, from anonymous individuals. "They saw our problem on The Hur Herald," she said. "We also want to thank the members of the Arnoldsburg VFD for their cash donations and the many other people who have helped." She said the family needs some building materials.
