They also arrested Rebecca Lynn Williams, 33, charging her with child neglect with risk of injury and truancy.
Braxton authorities arrested Steven Lee Shinn, 45, charging him with strangulation and domestic assault and battery.
They also charged Camden Allen Carpenter, 36,charging him with probation violation.
Clay authorities arrested Allan Ray Nelson, Jr., 35, charging him petit larceny and destruction of property.
