REGIONAL ARRESTS

Clay County authorities arrested Matthew Daniel Taylor, 46, and was charged Thursday and placed in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $30,000. He was charged with no registration, no insurance, no operators, simple possession, unlawful hunting, conspiracy and was served a capias warrant. Also arrested in Clay was Patricia Kay Boggs, 68, charged with attempted burglary; Kenneth Wayne Nottingham, 32, charged with grand larceny and burglary. Roane authorities arrested Trevor Riley Craft, 30, charging him possession with intent to deliver; Amber Dawn McGlothlin, 35, charged with possession of a controlled substance; Tony Howard Throrne, 46, charged with possession with intent to deliver. Braxton authorizes arrested Melanie Elizabeth Rice, 39, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
