REGIONAL ARRESTS

Gilmer authorities arrested Robert Michael Henry and charged him with DUI .15 or higher. Clay officials arrested Ian Matthew Dobbins, 31, charging him with domestic battery. Bond set at $8,000, also James Franklin Odell, 37, charged with domestic battery and child abuse. Braxton officials arrested Ernest Eugene Coyer, 34, charging him with domestic assault-battery and destruction of property, also arresting Justin Montell Brown, 38, charging him with obstructing. They also charged Joseph William Coons, Jr., 26, charging him with DUI-1st and illegal possession of explosives. Roane authorities arrested Joshua Jose Silva, 29, charging him with child neglect with risk of injury and possession with intent to deliver. They also arrested Shirley Jean Dutton, 38, on a capias warrant. All are in Central Regional Jail.
