SATURDAY: SEVERE WEATHER WATCH FOR WV - Heavy Rain, Wind Gusts 70 MPH, Hail, Potential Tornadoes

A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for much of the region Saturday evening, including Calhoun. The watch, issued by the National Weather Service, includes most of West Virginia, southern Ohio and Greenup, Boyd, Carter and Lawrence counties in Kentucky. Residents should expect rain, isolated chances of hail, scattered wind gusts up to 70 mph and potentially tornadoes until 11 p.m. Saturday.
