Allen Justice, 57, of Spencer

Allen Justice, 57, of Spencer, West Virginia died July 12, 2020 at the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia after a brief illness.

He was born June 29, 1963 in Barberton, Ohio a son of Vesta Owens of Ohio and the late Neal Allen Justice. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his step-mother, Darla Wright; and his step-father, Carl Owens.

Allen was disabled most of his adult life. He enjoyed riding four-wheelers, talking on the CB radio, feeding squirrels and chipmunks and watching wildlife in general. His grandkids, however, were the most important thing to him.

He is survived by his wife, Barb Harris Justice; one daughter, Natasha Gorby of Spencer; one son, Nathan Justice of Spencer; one sister, Carolyn Yearian of Ohio; three brothers, Bobby Justice of Reedy, West Virginia, Steve "Angel" Justice of Spencer, and Charlie Justice of Left Hand, West Virginia; and his five grandchildren, Cameron, Aubrey and Madison Gorby, and Kayden and Elly Justice.

Allen left his family with specific directions to be cremated. TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements. There will be no visitation or service at the funeral home. His ashes will be buried on his family farm.
